SPARE KEYS WITH CONCIERGE

Don't run the risk of locking yourself out, leave a spare key with concierge!

Concierge can hold a spare key to your apartment in our secure lock box for emergencies or accidently locking yourself out. Life presents all sorts of reasons a spare key is a saviour

• Walked to the garbage chute and forgot your key

• Left keys at work

• Cleaners, dog walkers and nannies needing access while you're out

• Emergency access such as a water leak

• Family and friends requiring access

• Tradespeople access with you are away form the building

Keys left with concierge will never be given to anyone without the residents authorization, to arrange authorization in advance please do one of the following

• Text concierge from your mobile, or

• Email concierge form your address, or

• Call concierge directly

• Arrange standing authorization for regular visitors arrange with the concierge manager

Note: if there is no prior authorization, and concierge cannot reach you, your apartment key will not be given out. A text on a visitor/tradesman phone, or an assurance from them you have said yes, is not considered authorization.

In this situation concierge will call your mobile for authorization, when granted the key will be given. If we cannot reach you, and no prior notification as been given, your front door key will no be released.

To leave a spare key with concierge drop a single key (we do not require a lift FOB, door FOB or a letter box key) to concierge, at the concierge desk, and the team tag, log and add to our lock box.
