AURA CONCIERGE: 2025 IN REVIEW

Aura by Aqualand North Sydney Concierge Desk by Etymon Concierge.

Aura Concierge had a massive 2025 as Aura continued to fill up more and more people each month, and with it every move in, the building became busier and busier.


To start the New Year off, I thought we'd share a few of the numbers and statistics that made up our first full calendar year in Aura North Sydney.

DELIVERIES

Aura is a busy building and our deliveries are constant, November was our busiest month, followed closely by December, it seems pre and post Black Friday sales are very (very) popular.

  • 23, 151: Parcels managed by concierge in 2025

  • 3,068: Parcels in November

  • 135: Most parcels in a single day

  • 12,234: Uber, DoorDash, Menu Log, grocery and food deliveries

CONCIERGE

Etymon Concierge at Aura is onsite from 7.00am - 10.00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • 6 Concierge make up the regular core roster: Adela, Alison, Dinara, Mikayla, Rhett and Tony.

  • 14 different concierge did shifts throughout 2025, assisting the core team cover sick days and holidays. Our additions were: Andrew, Jackson, Kerem, Klara, Lisa, Nikita, Richard and Thao.

  • 1 concierge left this year, Thao's visa came to an end and she returned home to Vietnam.

AURA

At the of 2025, by the way that concierge counts apartments at Aura, which is not just by the number sold, but the occupied and currently living in at Aura

  • 323 apartments full

  • 62% owner occupier

  • 178: Move-ins and move-out

  • 201: Large furniture deliveries

  • 73% of apartments have spare keys locked away with concierge (concierge strongly recommends this in case you forget, misplace or lose your keys, or if you're away and there is an emergency).

COMMUNITY ROOMS

As expected the community room bookings have been on a steady increase, month on month, as more and more people have moved into Aura. Most weekends are now fully booked out across levels 9 and 26, so make sure you get in early in 2026.

  • 52 bookings in January

  • 101 Bookings in December

  • 10% increase in bookings most months


It remains a privilege for Etymon Concierge to be at Aura, to share smiles, "good morning" and "good night", message about your deliveries, announcing your guests, assisting when required, share chats and being part of all of your daily lives.
