Finding a great, trustworthy and reliable cleaner when you move into a new building can be challenging, and it is one of the most frequent questions we get at concierge from residents.



Thankfully concierge has the solution.


APARTMENT CLEANING

Virginia and her cleaning team were first introduced to Tony in 2022 by a resident at our sister building Blue at Lavender Bay. Over the last 4 years Virginia has assisted dozens of residents at Blue and when we opened Aura North Sydney, she came up to assist the residents here. Originally from Brazil, Virginia and her team have a strong work ethic, and eye for detail, are punctual and very reliable.


PROCESS

  • Let concierge know and we'll arrange for Virginia to pop up and meet you

  • Once you've met and feel comfortable, all cleaning bookings are made directly with Virginia, the team is at Aura and Blue every Tuesday and Friday

  • Leave a spare key with concierge, when the team they see concierge to collect keys from the relevant apartments
