RESIDENT PARCELS

50 parcels or more are delivered every day to concierge for the residents of Aura, to assist can you please ensure you collect your parcels within 48hours or receiving the message from the concierge team.

Here are some additional points about parcels at Aura, the messaging you will receive, and the different storage areas concierge uses.


DELIVERY COMPANY MESSAGE: a lot of logistics companies and online retailers will send a prior alert message stating your parcel is being delivered, this is not delivery message that your parcel has arrived at Aura.


CONCIERGE DELIVERY MESSAGE: once concierge takes receipt of a parcel you will get a message from one of the concierge team, this is when you know your parcel/s have arrived. Every message will have a photo of your parcel and state where the parcel has been stored.


STORAGE AREAS: concierge uses a few different areas depending some the individual parcel or delivery, as outlined below

  • Alcohol - Concierge office

  • Electronics - Concierge office

  • Furniture - Loading Dock Bulky Storage Room

  • General Parcels - Mailroom store

  • Groceries / Food boxes - Concierge office

  • Keys - Concierge office

  • Large Parcels - Loading Dock Bulky Storage Room

  • Letters - Mailboxes


COLLECTING YOUR PARCEL: Please collect your parcel within 48 hours of being notified by concierge as the building has very limited space for parcels

  • Mailroom store is accessible with your residential fob key

  • Have your phone with you so you know what your parcel looks like

  • Concierge office storage can only be accessed by concierge

  • Bulky Store can be accessed by concierge or building management

COLLECTING INCORRECT PARCELS: We understand mistakes happen, if you mistakenly collect the wrong parcel, please bring it immediately to concierge.


LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Concierge and Building Management are not responsible for your delivery items, while all care it taken in the handling and storage, we accept no liability for damage, loss or theft.
