Since 12th July 2024 the Etymon Concierge team has been at the concierge desk on Lower Ground from 7.00am-10.00pm 7 days a week, 220 days and counting.
Etymon Concierge is more than a signature style concierge service, it is a 360-degree lifestyle offering driven by the needs and wants of our residents and members. Every detail is meticulously curated and executed to ensure both memorable, and remarkable experiences.
Etymon Concierge aims to elevate the standards and sophistication of any residential development by providing a hotel-esque experience to its residents through traditional concierge services, combined with concierge lifestyle management.
The Etymon Concierge team all have hospitality and great service in their DNA. All of our wonderful concierge team, Alison, Jackson, Klara, Nikita, Richard, Thao and William come from different backgrounds, bringing their unique experience and passion to the concierge role. The team is eager to assist our residents, clients and members in any way that we can.
